UGANDA: Winnie Nansumba, the HIV + Universuty Graduate Wowed Pope Francis

 

 

Winnie Nansumba was born on 24th October 1991. When the Pope met the youths at Kololo on Saturday, Nansumba decided to share her story as a girl who was born with HIV/AIDS.

It was a story of a girl turning a negative experience into a positive one. She so wowed the Pope that his Holiness called her forward and gave her a gift of the rosary.
